  • The Adult Division at TDC offers high-quality ballet training in a welcoming and low-pressure environment for students 18 and up. Whether you're returning to dance after time away or trying ballet for the first time, our classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and joy through movement.

  • Adult classes at TDC focus on:

    • Classical ballet fundamentals

    • Body alignment, balance, and posture

    • Conditioning and flexibility

    • Musicality and flow

    • Confidence and personal expression

    No prior experience required—just a willingness to move and learn!

    🗓 Wednesdays | ⏰ 10:00–10:55 AM
    Includes barre, center, across-the-floor work, and light conditioning. Ideal for all levels.

  • We offer flexible pricing so you can attend on your own schedule:

    • 8-Class Punch Card: $185

    • Drop-In Rate: $25 per class

    • Comfortable, form-fitting attire (leotard/tights, leggings/tank top, or fitness wear)

    • Ballet shoes (Nikolay StretchTek recommended)

    • Hair pulled back securely

    No formal dress code—just wear what allows you to move freely and feel good!
