Mackenzie Moser
Executive Director
Mackenzie Moser received her pre-professional training at some of the nation’s most respected institutions, including Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet under the legendary Marcia Dale Weary, Minnesota Dance Theatre under Lise Houlton, and ultimately graduated from the Professional Division at Pacific Northwest Ballet in 2017.
She went on to perform professionally with Los Angeles Ballet, where she danced in the corps de ballet through 2020. Following her retirement from the stage, Mackenzie cultivated a successful management career with Abercrombie & Fitch before returning full-time to the world of dance as a teacher, coach, and choreographer.
Since 2021, Mackenzie has dedicated herself to shaping the next generation of artists through technical training, competition preparation, and performance coaching. She is a certified instructor in both the Dancely™ curriculum and Progressive Ballet Technique Level 1, and continues to further her education through programs like the Pacific Northwest Ballet Teacher Workshop and Rhee Gold’s DanceLife Conference. She is also an active member of the Studio Owner Association.
Mackenzie brings a rare combination of professional performance experience, business leadership, and educational innovation to her role as Executive Director at TDC—ensuring that each student receives both the discipline of classical training and the heart of individualized mentorship.

Robyn Moser
Artistic Director
With over 30 years of teaching experience across the country, Robyn Moser is a seasoned educator and mentor in both classical ballet and contemporary dance. Her training and pedagogical development include participation in top-tier programs such as the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet Teacher Workshop, Finis Jhung Teacher Seminars, NYCDA, and Broadway Dance Center’s Teacher Training Workshops.
Robyn is certified in Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) Level 1 and the Dancely™ early childhood curriculum, and is an active member of the Studio Owner Association through Rhee Gold.
As a coach and choreographer, Robyn has helped dancers gain admission to elite institutions including Juilliard, Alvin Ailey, Marymount Manhattan, University of the Arts, Goucher, Butler, Point Park, and North Carolina School of the Arts.
Her students have gone on to shine on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and in Disney Parks and Cruise Line Entertainment, and have joined the ranks of professional companies such as:
Los Angeles Ballet, Sarasota Ballet, Alabama Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, Kansas City Ballet, Ballet West, Vittacca Ballet, and Tallahassee Ballet.
Robyn brings a deep commitment to artistic integrity, performance excellence, and individualized training, and continues to inspire a new generation of dancers through her leadership and passion at TDC.

Carrington Moser
Faculty
Carrington Moser is a dynamic and accomplished artist originally from Pennsylvania. She began her dance training under Roxanne Bugay before moving into pre-professional study with Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Orlando Molina Ballet Training Center, and the Ballet Conservatory of Atlanta, where she trained under Robyn Moser and Sarah Haslock.
Carrington has received multiple honors throughout her training, including:
First Legacy Award – Universal Ballet Competition Grand Prix Finals
Honorable Mention – National YoungArts Foundation
Glenda Brown & Fred Kelly Scholarships – Dance Council of North Texas
She expanded her performance experience and artistic range at European Ballet School, under the direction of Jean-Yves Esquerre and Olivier Wecxsteen, performing featured roles in works such as La Vivandière by Saint-Léon and Statera, a world premiere by Macarena Gonzalez.
Carrington began her professional career with Vitacca Ballet, a contemporary ballet company known for its emphasis on new and innovative works. She performed in pieces by leading choreographers including: Garrett Smith, Hélène Simoneau, Robyn Mineko Williams, Sean Aaron Carmon, Tina Kay Bohnstedt, and Alana Jones.
Carrington is certified in Progressive Ballet Technique (Level 1) and Dancely™, and currently serves as executive assistant and social media manager.
She will join Alabama Ballet as an apprentice in Fall 2025.

Colin Moser
Faculty
Colin Moser began his ballet training at the age of three under the direction of Roxanne Bugay. He went on to receive pre-professional training at some of the nation’s most respected institutions, including Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Academy of Dance Arts, Minnesota Dance Theatre, Roswell Dance Theatre, and the Orlando Molina Ballet Training Center.
In 2019, Colin was accepted into the Charlotte Ballet Trainee Program, where he continued his advanced classical training and gained experience performing with the main company. In 2020, he joined Sarasota Ballet’s Second Company, performing in professional repertoire and working closely with renowned choreographers and instructors.
Since 2022, Colin has been teaching and coaching aspiring dancers, sharing his passion for clean technique, artistry, and stage presence with the next generation.

Caitlin Gray
Faculty
Originally from New York City, Caitlin Gray brings a dynamic and diverse background in dance, gymnastics, and circus arts, making her a highly sought-after teacher, choreographer, and creative director. With a deep belief that teaching is an essential way to give back to the dance community, Caitlin has taught and choreographed across the U.S. and internationally.
Her professional credits span film, television, live events, and commercial work. She has collaborated with acclaimed director Baz Luhrmann on both the world and Sydney premieres of The Great Gatsby, and choreographed for the CBS TV series Reckless. Her extensive commercial work includes projects for Sony Music, Speedo International, Miss USA, and the Liberty Bowl Halftime Show, as well as multiple national and international music tours.
At TDC, Caitlin shares her broad industry experience and vibrant choreographic voice with students looking to expand their range, artistry, and understanding of performance beyond the classical stage.

Tyler Hill
Faculty
Tyler Hill began dancing at the age of three under the direction of Roxanne Bugay at Dance Expressions in Pennsylvania. Throughout his early dance career, he performed in a variety of live productions, including the 76ers Halftime Show, the Reading Holiday Parade, and numerous stage performances at the Santander Performing Arts Center in Reading, PA.
In 2023, Tyler relocated to Georgia and joined The Dance Conservatory of North Atlanta as a member of the teaching faculty during its inaugural season. He brings a warm, encouraging approach to his classes and is passionate about helping young dancers grow in confidence and technique.
